These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the lvwin platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Must be 21 years or older and legally permitted to participate in online gaming.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
All balances, bets, and payouts on lvwin are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in each individual promotion.
Abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity results in immediate account suspension.
Self-exclusion and deposit limits are available to all registered lvwin players.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the lvwin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between lvwin and each Player.
2.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or making any deposit or wager on the lvwin platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date displayed at the top of this page. lvwin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
2.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3.1 Age Restriction. The lvwin platform is strictly for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. lvwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the lvwin platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. lvwin does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited under local law. By registering, you confirm that your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or hold an active account on lvwin:
3.4 lvwin reserves the right to carry out identity and eligibility checks at registration and at any subsequent point during the Player's use of the platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the lvwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly should any information change. lvwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lvwin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify lvwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. lvwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. lvwin is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its Operating Licence. You must provide requested identity documentation (including a valid Malaysian identity card or passport) within the timeframe specified by lvwin. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your lvwin account at any time by contacting support through the in-platform live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your wallet (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lvwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. lvwin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with or without notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the lvwin platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lvwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are solely the Player's responsibility.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request within the Player's account dashboard.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. lvwin targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for withdrawal requests under RM 50,000 following successful KYC verification. Actual processing times may vary based on payment method, time of request, and the outcome of routine security checks. lvwin is not liable for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
5.5 Withdrawal Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
5.6 Player Funds. Real Money Balances held in Player accounts are maintained in segregated accounts and are not used by lvwin for operational purposes. This segregation ensures Player funds are protected and available for withdrawal irrespective of the platform's operational status.
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers are subject to acceptance by lvwin. lvwin reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, including in cases of suspected irregular betting patterns, system errors, or price feed errors.
6.2 Erroneous Odds and Prices. In the event that a wager is accepted at an erroneous price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, lvwin reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. lvwin will not honour payouts based on clearly erroneous odds.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and markets on the lvwin platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be varied by lvwin at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Sportsbook Specific Rules. All sports betting is governed by the sport-specific rules applicable at the time the wager is placed. These rules are available within the lvwin sportsbook interface. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
6.5 Integrity. lvwin is committed to the integrity of all sports and gaming events available on its platform. Any Player found to be involved in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event will have their account immediately suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
7.1 General. lvwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Credits.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. lvwin operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Conduct that lvwin determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between Players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account suspension.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not used within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account. Expired Bonus Credits cannot be reinstated.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvwin platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required:
9.1 All content on the lvwin platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the exclusive property of lvwin or its licensed content providers. No portion of the platform's content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of lvwin.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lvwin platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, commercialise, or use platform content outside the scope of normal personal gaming use.
10.1 lvwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the account dashboard:
10.2 Age Verification. lvwin enforces strict age verification procedures. The platform is not intended for, and must not be accessed by, individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage Player will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

11.1 The lvwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While lvwin takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lvwin shall not be liable for:

12.1 lvwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email where practicable.
12.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the lvwin platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under lvwin's international gaming authority Operating Licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through lvwin's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified in the Operating Licence.
13.2 Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved through lvwin's internal channels may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body associated with the platform's Operating Licence, details of which are available on request from the lvwin support team.
